1. 1. TRINITY
 2. 2.

Sh'ma Yisrael Adonai Elohim Adonai Echad.

Deuteronomy 6:4
 3. 3. Our Faith Deuteronomy 6:4-9

4 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord:

5 and thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

 4. 4.

6 And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be upon thy heart;

7 and thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thy house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.

 5. 5.

8 And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thy hand, and they shall be for frontlets between thine eyes.

9 And thou shalt write them upon the door-posts of thy house, and upon thy gates.

 6. 6.

The Great Commission Belief

“ There is only one God”

19 Thou believest that there is one God ; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. James 2:19
 7. 7. Monotheism Defined

The belief in only one God is called monotheism , which comes from two Greek words: monos , meaning? alone, single, one; and Theos , meaning God.

Anyone who does not accept monotheism can be classified as one of the following:

 8. 8.

An atheist —one who denies the existence of God;

An agnostic —one who asserts that the existence of God is unknown and probably unknowable;

A pantheist —one who equates God with nature or the forces of the universe;

Or a polytheist — one who believes in more than one God.

 9. 9.

Ditheism , the belief in two gods, is a form of polytheism, and so is tritheism, the belief in three gods. Among the major religions of the world, three are monotheistic: Judaism, Islam, and Christianity.

Within the ranks of those labelling themselves Christian, however, there are several divergent views as to the nature of the Godhead.

One view, called trinitarianism, asserts that there are three distinct persons in the Godhead—God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost—but yet one God.

 10. 10.

In summary, Christendom has produced four basic views of the Godhead:

1) trinitarianism

2) binitarianism

3) Strict monotheism with a denial of the

full deity of Jesus Christ, and

4) Strict monotheism with an affirmation of the full deity of Jesus Christ, or One God belief.

 11. 11. What is trinity

Trinitarianism is the belief that there are three persons in one God.

This has been stated in various ways, such as “one God in three Persons” and “three persons in one substance.”

It holds that in God are three distinctions of essence, not just of activity.

The names given to these three persons are God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost (or Holy Spirit).

 12. 12.

Pagan Roots and Parallels

 13. 13.

The Trimurti . ‘The Absolute manifests himself in three persons, Brahma the Creator, Vishnu the Preserver, and Shiva the Destroyer’.

Hinduism
 14. 14.

Historian Will Durant describes the trinity in ancient Egypt. “Ra, Amon, and another god, Ptah, were combined as three embodiments or aspects of one supreme and triune deity.” Egypt also had a divine trinity of father, mother, and son in Osiris, Isis, and Horus.

 15. 15.

Buddhism also has a trinity of sorts. The Mahayana (northern) school of Buddhism has the doctrine of a “triple body” or Trikaya. According to this belief there are three “bodies” of the Buddha-reality.

The first is the eternal, cosmical reality, the second is the heavenly manifestation of the first, and the third is the earthly manifestation of the second. Furthermore, many Buddhists worship three-headed statues of Buddha.

 16. 16.

Taoism, the ancient mystical religion of China, has an official trinity of supreme gods—the Jade Emperor, Lao Tzu, and Ling Pao—called the Three Purities.

 17. 17. Note: The Dove has always been the Catholic root Goddess symbol. Mary has been elevated to Co-Saviour with Christ. 18. 18. TRINITY

The belief of the Roman Catholics and other “born again” converts.

Majority of the Christian Protestants stands in this man made doctrine.

What is Trinity?

 19. 19. GOD Father JESUS Holy Spirit Is not Is not Is not
 20. 20. The Greek letter Chi - C (whose number is 600 ) - is also of significant historical importance to the Roman Catholic Church, for it is contained in the Christogram, Chi-Rho: C R . Examples of Christograms The Chi-Rho sign comprises the first two letters of the Greek word for ‘Christ’ --- C R I S T O S ( CHRISTOS). Thus, it is used by the Catholic Church as a symbol and sign of Christ and Christianity. But it contains the number of the Beast, 600 .
 21. 21. Is the trinity faith related to ancient Egypt?
 22. 25.

X = CHI

P = RHO

 23. 27. The OBELISK was brought to ROME 1n 37 AD from EGYPT
 24. 31.

The TRINITY has a clear relevance to the pagan gods of EGYPTIANS

 25. 33. Roman Catholicism demands worship of Crosses and Crucifixes. Catholic false Christ Catholic false Christ Catholic false Christ The Beast and his marks.
 26. 34. Notice that it is comprised of 3 cross bars. X The Papal Cross has 3 cross bars.
 27. 37. Tertullian-the Father Of Christian Trinitarianism

Tertullian (c. A.D. 150 - c. 225) was the first person recorded by history to use the words trinity (Latin: trinitas), substance (substantia), and person (persona) in relation to God.

He was the first to speak of three persons in one substance (Latin: una substantia et tres personae).

 28. 38. HISTORICAL EVIDENCE OF THE TRINITY ORIGIN AND EVOLUTION

There is only One Almighty God (Isa: 44:8, 46:9, Rev: 1:8). The TERM of word TRINITY, is not to be found in the Bible (K.J.V.) anywhere.

The TRINITY is a THEORY, a PHILOSOPHY, that was made up by very superstitious men that lived in the Dark Ages (Deut: 4:2, Rev: 22:18-19, Col: 2:8-9, Gal: 1:8-9, II Tim: 4:2-4).

These men were full of pride, and as time passed by they began to call themselves "FATHER" even though Christ commanded them not to, (Matt: 23:1-10, Eph: 4:5-6, Mal: 2:10).

These men also believed in talking or praying to stone, metal, and golden images, Purgatory, and many more MYTHS that are not the TRUTH, LOGICAL, or BIBLICAL FACT.

 29. 39.

Emperor Constantine on May 20, 325 AD. called for a meeting of his 318 Bishops at Nicea.

These men were on the Emperor's pay-roll and dared not disagree with him, for fear of losing their heads. Together they formed a new Imperial State Religion, The Roman Catholic Church.

This church was not the only legal State Religion.

At this council meeting the TRINITY-THEORY was made the Official Doctrine of the Catholic Church, later in 381 AD. at the Council of Constantinople the Catholic Church reconfirmed the State Official doctrine of the TRINITY, and made it more complete.

 30. 40.

The Imperial STATE RELIGION was forced on the entire Empire and people would convert or be put to DEATH by IMPERIAL EDICT. The men that believed in many MYTHS and the TRINITY began to KILL IN THE NAME OF GOD, all those who would not convert to the STATE CHURCH or TRINITY THEORY.

Ethnic cleansing is nothing new to Europe (Ex. 20:13, Matt: 24:9). Later the Bible was also outlawed and forbidden to all common people. The worship of Mary began to be taught along with penitence rather than repentance, Transubstantiation, Indulgences, Infant Baptism and Sprinkling.

As men left the HOLY WORD OF GOD their minds and souls became VERY DARK (II Thes: 1:7-9, II Thes: 2:10-12, Rom: 1:21). The TRUE ORIGINAL CHURCH was baptized in the name of JESUS CHRIST, but the Catholic Church changed the mode of Baptism from JESUS' NAME to the titles Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.

 31. 41.

In time the Catholic Church became the biggest, richest, and most powerful political movement in the World (Rev: 17:1-6, 9, 18, Rev: 18:4).

Most churches broke off of her, yet they kept the false Doctrine of the TRINITY without questioning it. It is sad that people today also believe in a NON-BIBLICAL THEORY.

Do you believe in the word of Men or the WORD OF GOD? God has a church that will obey him and His WORD, from the day of Pentecost until the Translation of His Saints (Acts 2, I Cor: 15:50-58, I Thes: 4:13-18, Matt: 24:30-42).

 32. 42.

Bible Salvation is far more important to achieve than Man made Religion. Please read and obey Acts 2:38, study the Bible for yourself, don't trust creeds, and words of men only.

Men will fail you but Christ will never fail you. Seek for the Truth, JESUS is the TRUTH, the WAY, and the LIFE. HE IS THE ONE TRUE LORD (John 14:5-9).

 33. 43.

Did you know that the Pope and Roman Catholic Church claim all as their own to them that believe in the Catholic Trinity Doctrine and have been baptized in the Trinitarian titles?

Rev. George Serl, Paulist Fathers Pamphlet: "How to become a Catholic" states that: "If the Minister baptized you repeating the titles: of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, he did not make you and Episcopalian or Presbyterian, but he did make you a CATHOLIC...".

Do you want to be a Catholic or a True New Testament Biblical Christian? Please read on and learn more about the truth that many Preachers, Politicians, and Philosophers do not want you to know! You have a right to know the Historical and Biblical facts for yourself. Please read on and know the truth.

 34. 44. The Council of Nicea

By the end of the third century, trinitarianism had replaced modalism (One God belief) as the belief held by most of Christendom, although the early views of trinitarianism were not yet in the form of the modern doctrine.

During the early part of the fourth century, a great controversy about the Godhead came to a climax— the clash between the teachings of Athanasius and Arius.

 35. 45. Arius

Arius wished to preserve the one God belief and yet proclaim the independent personality of the Logos. Like the trinitarians, he equated the Logos with the Son and with Christ. He taught that Christ is a created being—a divine being but not of the same essence as the Father and not co-equal with the Father.

In other words, to him Christ is a demigod.

In effect, Arius taught a new form of polytheism. Arius was definitely not a One God believer, and the modern One God movement strongly rejects any form of Arianism.

 36. 46. Athanasius

In opposition to Arius, Athanasius took the position that the Son is co-equal, co-eternal, and of coessence with the Father.

This is now the view of modern trinitarianism.

Therefore, while Tertullian introduced many trinitarian concepts and terms to Christendom, Athanasius can be considered the true father of modern trinitarianism.

 37. 47. Constantine

When the Arian-Athanasian controversy began to sweep across the Roman Empire, Emperor Constantine decided to intervene.

Recently converted to Christianity and then making it the accepted religion, he felt the need to protect the unity of Christendom for the welfare of the empire.

 38. 48.

When the great Arian-Athanasian controversy threatened to divide his newly won empire and destroy his plan to use Christianity in consolidating and maintaining political power, he convened the first ecumenical council of the church, which took place at Nicea in A.D. 325.

 39. 50. The original version of the Nicene Creed formulated by the Council of Nicea in relation to the Godhead is as follows:

“ We believe in one God, the Father Almighty, maker of all things visible and invisible. And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, begotten of the Father, only begotten, i.e., of the nature of the Father. God of God, Light of Light, very God of very God, begotten, not made, of one substance with the Father, by whom all things were made, both things in heaven and things on earth; who for us men and for our salvation came down and was made flesh and assumed man’s nature, suffered and rose the third day, ascended to heaven, (and) shall come again to judge the quick and the dead. And in the Holy Ghost. But the holy and apostolic church anathematizes those who say that there was a time when he was not, and that he was made from things not existing, or from another person or being, saying that the Son of God is mutable, or changeable.”

 40. 51. After Nicea

The trinitarian victory of Nicea was not complete, however.

The next sixty years were a seesaw battle between the Arians and the Athanasians.

 41. 52. The Athanasian Creed

“ Whoever will be saved: before all things it is necessary that he hold the Catholic Faith. Which Faith except everyone do keep whole and undefiled: without doubt he will perish everlastingly. And The Catholic Faith is this: that we worship one God in Trinity , and Trinity in Unity. Neither confounding the Persons: nor dividing the Substance. For there is one Person of the Father, another of the Son, another of the Holy Ghost. But the Godhead of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, is all one:

 42. 53.

The Glory co-equal, the Majesty co-eternal. Such as the Father is, such is the Son, and such is the Holy Ghost: The Father uncreate, the Son uncreate, And the Holy Ghost uncreate.

The Father incomprehensible, the Son incomprehensible, and the Holy Ghost incomprehensible.

The Father eternal, the Son eternal, and the Holy Ghost eternal. And yet they are not three eternals: but one Eternal.

As also there are not three incomprehensibles, nor three uncreated: but one Uncreated and one Incomprehensible.

 43. 54.

So likewise the Father is almighty, the Son almighty, and the Holy Ghost almighty. And yet they are not three almighties: but one Almighty. So the Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Ghost is God.

 44. 55.

And yet they are not three gods: but one God. So likewise the Father is Lord, the Son Lord and the Holy Ghost Lord. And yet not three lords: but one Lord. For like as we are compelled by the Christian verity to acknowledge every Person by Himself to be God and Lord: So are we forbidden by the Catholic religion to say, there be three gods, or three lords.

The Father is made of none: neither created, nor begotten. The Son is of the Father alone, not made, nor created, but begotten.

 45. 56.

The Holy Ghost is of the Father and of the Son, neither made nor created, nor begotten, but proceeding. So there is one Father, not three Fathers, one Son, not three Sons, and one Holy Ghost, not three Holy Ghosts. And in this Trinity none is afore, or after another: none is the greater or less than another. But the whole three Persons are co-eternal together, and co-equal.

 46. 57.

So that in all things, as is aforesaid, the Unity in Trinity, and the Trinity in Unity is to be worshipped.

He therefore that will be saved: must thus think of the Trinity. . . .”

 47. 58. Is it a mystery?

20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

Romans 1:20-22 (King James Version)
