  3. 3. Different materials… <ul><li>MATERIALS : </li></ul><ul><li>Glass (a bottle) </li></ul><ul><li>Plastic (a bottle) </li></ul><ul><li>Metal : steel or aluminium (can) </li></ul><ul><li>An exception : Tetra Brik is made using several materials. </li></ul>

  6. 6. Different materials… The can is light. Metal The bottle is light, transparent and cheap. Plastic The bottle is beautiful, transparent and doesn’t break if you press. Glass Advantage Material

  8. 8. Different materials… The can could cut our lips or our tongue. It’s impossible to close again the can. Metal The bottle gets out of shape and can be broken. Plastic The bottle is heavy and breaks in case of impact (and could cut our fingers). Glass Disadvantage Material
