He has set up restaurants servinghis own unique brand of Caribbeanfood in places such as Singapore,Miami and London.Arriving in St. Lucia 13 years agointending to do 2 weeks consultation,he is still here! After 13 years at Ladera,it is now time for his own restaurant.

ORLANDO’S RESTAURANTOrlando’s is situated in the historictown of Soufiere, facing the sea andsurrounded by the towering mountainsthat make St. Lucia’s scenery one ofthe most beautiful in the world, witha view of Petit Piton.The restaurant is set in a courtyard withit’s own mango tree and is enteredthrough an arched gateway, giving it atruely Caribbean feel.
