2. Digital technology
• David Gauntlett says making in connecting and
the shift from ‘sit and be told’ to ‘to making
and doing’ and digital technology enables
connection.

3. CAMERA
• I used a Canon Legria to compose my film, it
was useful to capture my scenes.

4. Final cut pro
Final cut pro allowed me to edited my film professionally and easily. It
also allowed me to convert my film so it was compatible to YouTube
which in turn made it effective to share on other websites for example
blogger.

5. BLOGGER
• Blogger allowed me to research and plan for
my film. Web 2.0 allowed my film to be seen
by many people easily.

6. YouTube
• Youtube has allowed me to share my video on my blog
and to make it easily accessible for people to watch
• Becoming a prosumer has allowed me to understand
what it takes to make a successful film and YouTube
has contributed towards this
• Michael Wesch sees digital technology as a vehicle for
creativity and connectivity and his study of YouTube he
talks about how context collapse enables users and the
community to produce creates memes. This I think is
important to the production of my film as with out
YouTube I would not of been able to share my film with
other people.
