Abou CMS Showdown for NPO
NPO 網站觀摩賽，是一個讓開源碼內容管理系統社群的專業工作者，有機會善用其
專長，協助非營利組織進行網站的改造或建置工作。希望透過這樣的觀摩競賽，讓非營
利組織的專業工作者能體驗使用開源碼的優點、接觸開源碼的社群，從而建立起雙方互
信、交流、合作的機會與範例。
Inspired by "the SXSW Showdown on
CMS"， charlesc， a Drupal folk in Taiwan，
organizes a similar event called "Open
Source CMS Showdown for NPO". After a
call for participation， Plone， Joomla and
Drupal (LifeType quits on early September)
are the CMS teams. These CMS teams are
paired with the NPO， who requires website
specs to be implemented. Joomla and
Drupal team members are Taiwan-based，
with one Drupal member participating
online from Australia. Plone team is Japan-
based， teamed up by CMS
Communications Inc.

關於 Drupal 台灣社群概況 About Drupal Taiwan
Drupal Taiwan (http://drupaltaiwan.org/) 成立於 2006 年初，
charlesc & jimmy huang 以 Drupal.org 為目標，期許這裡「不只
是一套軟體 -- 它還是一項專案與一個社群，人們在 Drupal Taiwan
裡，可以擁有許多不同的角色和責任。」
到了 2008 年底，由於有更多的人加入，Drupal Taiwan 也換上新
血，邀請 Hom、花水妹、Dennys 擔任第二代的社群主持人，也企圖
開始定期舉辦聚會。日前第一本 Drupal 中文書剛上市，希望能讓國
內的使用者更喜愛暱稱為小水滴的 Drupal。
Drupal 簡介
Drupal 是一套開放源碼的內容管理平台，擁有多種實用的功能，可以用來建置從個人網誌到
大型網路社群等各種類型的網站，例如華納唱片、紐約觀察報、Fast Company、Popular
Science、SonyBMG、富比士、哈佛大學等網站，或是個人部落格（Tim Berners-Lee）、播客
網站（TWIT.tv）、線上社群（SpreadFireFox.com）。

負責項目：programing, template, html, java script coding
從 Drupal 5.x 的版型製作開始入門，因為大學就有研究過 PHP
的關係所以上手很快。之後轉換跑道開始學習撰寫模組， 習慣之 後開始覺得 Drupal 的 API 用起
來很方便。最近開始研究 6.x 模組的撰寫。
張恩慈 小姐 Hanamizuki 花水木
負責項目：規劃、設定、前端整合
學生時代就對寫網頁很有興趣，上大學之後開始接觸 Open Source CMS，並用此接案度日。目前
最喜愛的 Open Source CMS 為 Drupal。

唸研究所的時候不知死活接下了替所上架設網站的工作， 什麼都不會，卻邂逅了 Drupal 這套
CMS，完成了第一個網站。自此對 Drupal 一見鍾情，也開啟了往後以 Drupal 架設學術網站的不
歸路。

關於 Joomla 台灣社群概況 About Jooma! Taiwan
Joomla! Taiwan (http://joomla.org.tw/) 是伴隨著 Joomla!開放原始碼計劃而成
立的，早在 2005 年 9 月時，Joomla!計劃還沒有名字時（當時的組織名稱為 Open
Source Matter），站長 Eddy 已經是這個專案小組中負責中文語言的維護者。因為
Joomla!是源自於 Mambo 系統分裂而來，主要的目的是為了維護程式碼的持續開放與
進步，Joomla! Taiwan 也是第一個中文 Joomla!社群網站。
隨著 Joomla!系統的成長，Joomla! Taiwan 社群也不遺餘力的在中文網站市場中推
廣，在許多重要的開放原始碼社群活動中，都可以見到 Joomla!的身影。Joomla!
Taiwan 的重要組成分子雖然不多，但在實體的推廣活動，以及參加的人數規模卻是非
常龐大。不論是從 2005 年開始的年初北中南社群聚會（2009 年停辦一年），以及從
2006 年開始的全國大專推廣演講（2009 年 4 月~6 月，北中南東共計 9 所大專院校），
2007 的邀請 core team member 來台演講等等，都充份展現 Joomla! Taiwan 社群的
活力。
Joomla 簡介
Joomla!是一套在國外相當知名的內容管理系統（Content Management System, CMS），它
屬於 Portal（商業入口網站）類型，顧名思義，就是比較適合作為商業類型的網站程式。Joomla!
是使用 PHP 程式語言加上 MySQL 資料庫所開發的軟體系統，可以在 Linux、Windows、MacOSX
等各種不同的平台上執行。目前是由 Open Source Matters (www.opensourcematters.org)這
個開放源碼組織進行開發與支援，這個組織的成員來自全世界各地，小組成員約有 150 人，包含
了開發者、設計者、系統管理者、文件撰寫者，以及超過 9 萬名的參與會員 。

關於 Plone 社群概況 About Plone
日本的 Zope/Plone [1] 社群始於 2001 年，最早以 Japan Zope User Group [2]
為名進行同好聚會，後來 Plone 問世並獲得多數同好的喜愛。Plone 社群初期專注於
中日韓語系的資料處理議題，每年參加 OSC (Open Source Conference) 並在
PLIP9309 提議 Plone4 的 splitter 新架構。在日本外貿協會 (JETRO) 成功導入 Plone
後，越來越多政府單位、學術單位、大學校園、圖書館等，也開始使用 Plone 架站。

Japan's Zope/Plone community was established in 2001. The community started as
Japan Zope User Group. At the beginning, community members got together to learn
programing on Zope. After Plone has released, usage of Zope become tightly combined
with Plone. Therefore, most of Zope users are shifted to Plone.
Since Plone is an OSS (open source software), many of private site adapted it and
become as pioneer for local multi-byte handling technique. After the cost efficient web
site development techniques with Plone has demonstrated by JETRO, many major public
web site such as university, research institute, governmental office, library became
Plone based.
The community activities [1] are very steady and active. The community attends OSC
(Open Source Conference) events regulerly, and commits many line of code to collective
and core code. Moreover, our community members proposed PLIP9309 which is the
new splitter scheme for Plone4.

財團法人羅慧夫顱顏基金會

羅慧夫醫師自一九五九年由美國抵台至今四十多年來，在這塊土
地上，寫下了生命意義的認知與闡釋，一九八九年十二月他繼續其醫
療理念，捐款三百萬成立羅慧夫顱顏基金會。 本會提供先天性顱顏患
者暨家庭生理、心理、社會專業化服務，促使顱顏醫療品質之提升，
並促進各界對顱顏患者之關懷；推廣大眾教育，促進相關研究，提升

1998 年開始，由羅慧夫醫師率領的長庚顱顏醫療團隊由越南胡志明市出發，首次開始國際義

西田社布袋戲基金會
