What  Flywheel is a rotating mechanical device that is used to store rotational energy.  Flywheels are typically made of steel and rotate on conventional bearings; these are generally limited to a revolution rate of a few thousand RPM. Some modern flywheels are made of carbon fiber materials and employ magnetic bearings, enabling them to revolve at speeds up to 60,000 RPM
  3. 3. How The Flywheel Works  The flywheel connect the rotation from engine to clutch plate to the transmision.  Flywheel also make the crankshaft become move in a motion to make the engine work from the starter
  4. 4. Where is the position of flywheel in the car?  The flywheel’s position is between the engine and clutch patch to the starter.
  5. 5. When it used ??  The flywheel is used when before the engine on if we start the starter.  Also the flywheel used to forward the rotation from crankshaft to clutch.

Who found the flywheel ?  The principle of the flywheel is found in the Neolithic spindle and the potter's wheel  In the Industrial Revolution, James Watt contributed to the development of the flywheel in the steam engine, and his contemporary James Pickard used a flywheel combined with a crank to transform reciprocating into rotary motion.
