Top challenges: Lecture• Improve initial background of students:  Students did not take high school physics• Add more value to lecture:  Make students study before coming to class• Increase attendance:  Is attendance needed?  Can WebCT replace in-person attendance?  Use daily quizzes?  Clickers?
