8. Editor- A Brief Note Our experience shows that candidates change jobs far too in a hurry without realizing that there career spans for 25 plus years and an year of non-event, less satisfactory appraisal and lack of appreciation by immediate supervisor is not the right reason to jump job. Companies also do not oftenly realize their star performers early and reward them appropriately and keep them engaged considering their ambitions and providing them mentorship support Though candidates claim “salary” as a third or fourth reason for job change, it is financials which is a key decision making driver rather then any other thing. Candidates often overrate themselves and over estimate their own capabilities and does not understand that their company, people and opportunities in the company have helped them reach and develop and be successful in projects and in their career
