W elcome to the iMaster Techniques workbook, and congratulations on your commitment to self-mastery and success. You will discover powerful iMaster sessions and exercises that will challenge you to “program your dream life today!” This program will not only help empower you to access your true power but also help you to stay on track from now on by gaining deeper insights into why you may lose your track. It will also help you dissolve perceived pain away and bring you closer and closer to joy and pleasure every day. It does not matter how you approach this program; it only matters that you do each of the sessions at some point. The most important thing to know right now is that you MUST FIRST READ THE iMaster book before attempting to do use this workbook. You will find that most sessions require you to write your own custom session, which is one of the reasons why you need to read the book first. In addition, I will be referring to the iMaster four step process in the abbreviated form and you will need to know what I am referring to. For the most part clear examples are provided to better guide you. However, you still need the basic understanding of how to organize your statements and you will be challenged to write your own sessions. There are many benefits to writing your own sessions. . Writing down your own statements in your own words will always be the most powerful way to do this process. . You can easily read them again another day to make sure you are still clear on your statements or simply to further deepen your new program. . You will have a greater appreciation of your progress the next time you read your own statements. Knowing that you have effectively integrated something new within yourself will be very rewarding. This will also motivate you to keep going.

Congratulations for making it this far. For doing so you are now ready to use the easiest and the most up-to-date iMaster statements. You will find the latest formula within these sessions. They are the most advanced and easiest way to effectively include all the keys to decoding negative emotions and beliefs in one phrase instead of four phrases that are used within Step  in SEL the Case. I will explain how to effectively use this shorten and yet very effective version. Instead of repeating four phrases I am safe in every way Everything that I value is safe in every way I forgive myself in every way I forgive others in every way We reduce them into one statement such as: “All is safe, All is forgiven always has been always will be.” This very short version is completely effective for most of the things you will work on. But more on that in a minute. Here several other variations of this one-line statements: “all is safe, all is forgiven in every way” “all is safe, all is forgiven—always has been always will be” “all is safe and forgiven in every way” “all is safe and forgiven—always has been always will be” These phrases are powerful enough to begin the process of eliminating the first layers of subconscious resistance. Remember we are building up intensity as we go along. This is why in some cases, where you are encountering a severe defensive response to what you desire you will want to say each of the four statements separately. In the sessions included in this workbook, you will find that I do exactly that. In the beginning of the session use the one-line statements such as “all is safe, all is forgiven in every way.” Or some variation of that. You will see for yourself just how effective this one-line statement is. With practice it will become obvious when to break down the one-line statements into four.
  5. 5.  Daily routine: Taking care of your emotional/spiritual body is just as important as taking care of your physical body. You brush your teeth, take a bath/shower everyday, and eat and nourish your body every day, so what about emotional and spiritual part of you. Most coaches, doctors, and spiritual teachers generally recommend taking at least  minutes of time alone to meditate, do breathing exercises, or exercise. My recommendation is to take at least  minutes, but honestly,  hour a day to work on yourself is ideal and reaps huge benefits. R W D T W .......................................................................................................................................................................... Location: If possible, do this work in a quiet place where you will be able to concentrate without being interrupted. Music: You may want to put on some relaxing music while you do this work; it will help you to stay focused. Deep breathing: You should combine this work with slow and deep diaphragmatic breathing. Body Awareness: Notice where in your body you feel any “subconscious resistance” to your statements. Once you notice where in your body your body is responding, just continue your deep diaphragmatic breathing and relax whatever part of your body you feel a response. “The life that is not examined is not worth living” – Socrates A L  I I N  C  P! .......................................................................................................................................................................... Anything you desire, you desire ultimately because it will allow you to feel the emotion of happiness. In other words, something outside of you will cause you to feel a feeling your desire. Why not feel that feeling right now? Step : Getting Honest with Yourself: Write down the things that you are not % happy with right now.
  6. 6.  What I am not % happy with right now. I am not happy with: Step : Getting Honest with Yourself: Decide what you want instead. For each statement that you wrote in Step , and replace it with what would make you happy. What Would Make Me Really Happy Is What I really want is:
  7. 7.  Step : Moving Forward and Committing to Change: Here you will write statements accepting yourself and your life as they are now, but committing to taking specific action for achieving want you really desire. For each statement apply the iMaster Technique completely. Examples opening statements: I accept the relationship with my partner as it is now, but completely commit to giving more. I accept my business as it is now, but I am % committed to improving my closing skills. Accepting Life Now and Committing to Change

Being unhappy with your body can affect how you think and feel about yourself as a person. A poor body image can lead to emotional distress, low self-esteem, unhealthy dieting habits, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Having a positive body image is crucial to anyonet’s happiness and wellness. Below you will find a full session on body image. Do the session and then write your own in your own words, of course following the four-step iMaster formula. I completely accept and like my body in every way. Cue Word I completely accept and like my body in every way. Cue Word I completely accept and like my body in every way. Cue Word All is safe and forgiven—always has been always will be I completely accept and love my body in every way. Cue word I truly accept and love my body in every way. Cue word All is forgiven in every way All is safe in every way I forgive myself infinitely I forgive others infinitely Once the statements feel about –% TRUE for you, move on to the final statements below. Repeat the statements below as necessary. I am grateful for being blessed with this miracle that is my body. Cue word I am infinitely grateful for this amazing blessing that is my body. Cue word I forgive and love myself unconditionally I forgive and love others unconditionally I forgive and love God/Universe unconditionally Congratulations!

You should go over it again and again on a different day and notice your progress when you read your statements. Cue Word Step  In this exercise you will do the Victory Celebration Process . You will celebrate all the money you have earned in this money exercise, by describing how wonderful and grateful you feel for achieving this VICTORY. You will describe it as if you have already realized it. Step : Say you Cue Word (just say it once and the subconscious process will continue as you celebrate).
  11. 11.  Step : Describe your victory by writing it down first; then you can read it in silence or preferably out loud. Visualize it, feel it, hear it, and sense it the best you can. Here is an example of a Victory Cerebration: I feel so happy to be so successful and for having earned all this money; I am so thankful for having all of this success. I am so thrilled for having earned this money, but even more for the person I have grown to be for stretching my boundaries. It is wonderful. It is awesome; I feel so excited to have helped so many people in this process. I am so excited for all the things I am able to do with this money. For the security that it brings and the ability for me to help others and my family. I honor myself for this achievement and I honor everyone who was part of this process. I thank myself for having done everything that needed to be done to achieving this success. I thank everyone else, my family and everyone involved with this victory. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You! Write down your own victory celebration! My Custom Victory Celebration Session Start with your cue word_____ Step : Detachment LET IT GO. The last step in the manifestation process is letting go and detaching from the outcome of whatever it is you desire. What this means is that you will get to “the place” emotionally where it is OK if you do not achieve this goal. This is the most powerful state you could ever be in. This does
  12. 12.  not mean that you will no longer desire your goal. In contrast, by the time you get to this step, you will have reached a very deep and uninterrupted connection to your desire for your goal. You will want it more than ever because you will have connected emotionally with the wonderful feeling of having attained the goal, but you will then transmute that desire into a feeling of love, a feeling that “it is ok if I do not have it” and will allow “it” go. This is the final touch that will increase the power within you to take effortless and massive action toward your goals. You will be left with much more energy to do WHATEVER it takes to reach your goal. EXAMPLE: I completely let go of this goal in every way. Cue word I deeply and completely let go of this goal in every way. Cue word I deeply and completely let go of this goal in every way. Cue word All is safe, all is forgiven, always has been always will be Even if I do not achieve this goal, I accept myself. Cue word Even if there is a part of that does not want this goals, all is well. Cue word I do not need this goal to be happy in any way shape or form. Cue word All is safe, all is forgiven, always has been always will be I let go of this completely and unconditionally. Cue word I detach infinitely in every way, now and forever. Cue word I let go in every way shape and form unconditionally, infinitely, and forever. Cue word I am unconditional love I am pure abundance I am infinite forgiveness I am prosperity in every way I am free of this goal and its burden. Cue word I free myself unconditionally from this goal in every way shape and form. Cue Word I free myself, I free my goal, and I have let it go completely and unconditionally. Cue word Congratulations! TEST: Do you feel % from your goal now? Either way, write your detachments session.

Make your to-do list every night or in the morning and label each item in order of priority. Once you have done that, you can do a quick session on your list to do away with any subconscious feelings that could sabotage you in any way from completing your tasks. Example of a quick iMaster session for one item on the list: . Write an article about my business and post to five article directories. I will write and post one article today about my business. Yes I will write a high-quality article today, and it will be effortless. Yes I am % comfortable completing this task today. Yes. All is safe; all is forgiven in every way. This task is easy and I will complete it effortlessly. Yes I am % sure that this task is easy to accomplish. Yes I am happy because I have completed this task. Yes All is safe; all is forgiven always has been always will be.

But the feeling of a healthy sense of urgency should come from knowing that the work you are doing is going to be beneficial to others and feeling that people should have the opportunity to receive it ASAP. Having this association of service to others and feeling completely committed to your work is what make so-called superachievers. We can obtain all of the material possessions we desire quite easily, however, attempting to change our deepest thoughts and learning to love ourselves is a monumental challenge.” – Anonymous When we were babies we loved ourselves unconditionally, and we never judged ourselves or our bodies. We were not afraid of asking for what we wanted or afraid of letting others know when we did not like something. Somewhere between being a very small child and an adult we lost our self-love and lost the courage to always ask for what we really want. Being able to love yourself is the most powerful thing you can do. Loving yourself as you are will ultimately result in eliminating guilt, shame, worry, stress, judge, and all other fear based emotions. Do not make this a one-time session; make it a long-term commitment to staying in self-love. Example session: Place one or both of your hands over your heart while you read this session.   20. 20.  My Custom Self-Love Session T P  E .......................................................................................................................................................................... One of the major purposes of emotions is for the subconscious mind to have a tool to let you know where you stand with reference to your desires. So many of our emotions are triggered by deep unconscious fear-based beliefs; the details of the belief mostly goes unnoticed and under the radar, but nevertheless we can become emotionally reactive because of these unconscious beliefs.
  21. 21.  Step  Think of a time when you “lost yourself to an emotional reaction” where you became very upset. (Also remember this exercise for future references.) Ask yourself the following questions: What is my subconscious mind trying to protect me from? What is it that I really want that I am not getting or is being denied? What basic human need do is being denied? Ultimately we are looking for one of our basic human needs that are not being fulfilled. Below answer the follow question with reference to a time where you “lost it emotionally,” even just a little! ;-) Emotional Subconscious Reactions My subconscious mind is/was protecting me from is. . . . The basic human need that I am not getting or is being denied is. . . . Step  Once you have identified the basic human need that was not being met, turn that belief around with the law of polarity. Once you have your new belief, apply the iMaster Technique to it until you feel that your basic human need is fulfilled and the limiting emotions become neutralized.
  22. 22.  “Once you are aware of the emotional need that is not being met, simply fulfill it yourself.” Examples: Below I have given you some examples of how to make opening statements with some of the basic human needs when they are not met. I respect myself even if others have not in the past. YES I honor myself even if others do not. YES I appreciate myself even if others refuse to. YES Here is a list of other basic human needs.   24. 24.  If you want to accomplish anything, just associate your goal with pleasure and remove any associated of pain from it. Once you can accomplish that, you will have all of your internal resources at your disposal, all the energy, all the creativity, all the personal power to accomplish anything you want. What are your lifet’s dreams? What have you not accomplished yet? What has been holding you back? What emotion? Fear of what? What pain have you avoided by not taking action toward your lifet’s dreams? Step  List a major life dream:_______________________________________________________________ Now list any pain associated with that life dream. Just ask yourself the questions: What pain have I been avoiding? What fear, what emotion? What is my subconscious mind protecting me from? The Pain I have been avoiding is. . . . Step  For the statement you have written down as the pain you have been avoiding, use the law of polarity and rephrase those statements in their polar opposite turning them into positive statements.   25. 25.  Step  Now for the same life dream list all the possible pleasure you can gain from it. How happy will you be, how fulfilled will you feel, how much joy will it bring? What compensation or benefits you will receive? In summary, what you will gain, emotionally, physically, financially, mentally etc. The pleasure I can gain from my life dream is. . . .
  26. 26.  Step  Now turn what you have written above into an iMaster Session My Custom Lifet’s Dream Pleasure Association Session R Y P P W! .......................................................................................................................................................................... (Please refer to the iMaster book for setting up your power point words.) Continue to plant seeds of positive emotions in your life daily.
  27. 27.  Whenever you feel really stuck or even feel like you are slowing down and are encountering subtle self-sabotaging activity, call upon your power point words to keep you going. Here are  powerful emotions to plant in your heart every day and as needed. Whenever you need to breakthrough, quickly simply repeat any one of your power point words , ,  times or as needed with increased intensity with every word. But NOW there is something else I want to do with this technique. . . I   INNER SCREAM! .......................................................................................................................................................................... To increase the power of your power point words, scream them out in your mind. (Of course you can scream out loud, but it is actually not necessary; you can get the same results if you do it in your mind.) TIPS/PROCESS: Tighten you stomach a little, clench you fist a little (I do mean just a little) an “inner scream” your words , , or  times or until you have eliminated any subconscious resistance and feel completely free and. . . amazing! (Tightening your muscles is done just so that you can make a physical connection to your body. In essence, you are increasing your mind body connection and this will greatly increase the efficiency of this technique, whether you are using the power point words or the basic iMaster formula.) You can also try this standing up; pump your fist in the air and throw in some imagination, and blast your fears and worries away! Caution! AGAIN, I DO MEANT JUST TIGHTEN A LITTLE AND DO NOT HOLD YOUR BREATH TOO LONG DOING THIS, ALSO BE COUNSCIOUS OF TIGHTENING YOUR VOCAL CORD TOO MUCH DO NOT OVER DO IT. That is my warning. Now try it!
