Case managers come across service applicant of different individual history and a particular background on daily basis. Human services sessions and mediations are designed to cater the needs of every individual applicant separately. Case managers work to arrange available segments of data in order to manage the problems that an applicant is facing and try to present solutions that will enable client to prosper. In this analysis, possible intervention approaches for the particular case of 18 year old Belinda will be considered.
