How its made• Propane is made from a mixture found in sandstone and other rocks.• You separate the oil in the sandstone. You then boil the oil and the gasses you dont need rise away and you then process what is left after that.
Efficiency• Propane gets about 12.5 miles per gallon.• It is about $2.00 per gallon
Stations• There are 2421 propane stations nation-wide.• 84 of them are in Michigan
Impacts• It is clean to the environment• It is inexpensive• It takes up 1/3 of the worlds alternative fuels
Engine• Propane can NOT be used in a internal combustion engine• You can put in an attachment in the engine to where it takes propane
Engineers• A chemical engineer in required to make propane.• A mechanical engineer is also required to make propane
Car Design• Some cars are only supposed to run on propane.• Some cars can use many different fuels including propane.
Newtons laws• They effect the car because the body of the car isnt parallel.• This is newtons 2nd law.
Projections• There is going to be a lot more propane use by the year of 2020• Propane will fuel almost 10% of European cars
