  2. 2. PLANO DE AGRICULTURA DE BAIXA EMISSÃO DE CARBONO Nationally Determined Contributions Brazilian NDC is an economy wide commitment, which is aimed at achieving sustainable development with climate change as a central issue. Brazil has committed to reduce its GHG emissions bellow its 2005 levels in 37% by 2025; and in 43% by 2030 A strong emphasis is given to Adaptation, as a critical element for the global effort to tackle climate change and its effects The main responsibility of the agriculture sector is FOOD SECURITY, and it is committed to its share of responsibilities: Our 2010-20 NAMAs results show that effective transformational change is possible.

Is up to nationals, in any case, INTEGRATED LANDSCAPE APPROACH (ILA) Conservative agriculture and soil management and conservation is one element Carbon is and intrinsic part of a living system, and an important element of agroecosystems. Evaluating carbon presence (through emissions or storage), is one important indicator, hence, SOC , among others Strong public polcies and effective long-term goals can only be achieved if an integrated approach is considered, and all the elements are taken into account, knowing that is not one single element or one single sector that is the reason of the problem, neither will it be the solution. results show that effective transformational change is possible
