Overview of Action plan Development
Action plan developed based on:
 Feedback and input from policy makers from the Ministry
of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, development
partners involved in scaling up of research outputs i.e.
FAO, ICRAF, CIAT.
 Review of the EC LEDS research outputs (CSA Data
Atlas and Trainings manual)
 Lessons learnt from the 4 training workshops organized in
4 counties (Taita, Nyeri, Kajiado and Busia)

Outcome: Increasing access to Data book and use of
manual at county level to support use of evidence in
operationalizing the national strategies for CSA /NDCs
Next user: National and county level policy makers and
extension staff
