  • The team is responsible for implementing the Political Effectiveness Action Plan (see http://www.uwex.edu/ces/employeeresources/political/documents/PEActionPlan.pdf). Implementation includes communicating/providing resources to develop core competencies, curriculum development, coordinating with counties and other units to develop/implement political effectiveness plans, and other strategies to infuse political effectiveness into the Cooperative Extension culture. The Political Effectiveness Action Team will coordinate these activities with the Dean’s office, Chancellor’s office, Cooperative Extension Administrative Committee, Council for Strategic Change, Specialists, and other Cooperative Extension support units.
