The Faculty of Management is newly established. A two year master’s course in Habitat Management CEPT UNIVERSITY
  3. 3. • Economic growth and urbanization over time have led to significant and concentrated urban settlements. • An increase in urban population has led to an expansion of human habitats in various forms. • We believe that better management can make Indian cities, towns and buildings more livable, efficient and robust than they are today. THE NEED
  4. 4. • These habitats need attention to maintain the existing structures and manage the future expansion. • Professionals with state-of-the-art training and skills are needed in the government, private and non- profit sectors. The program offers a blend of understanding of : urban-management practices and of core-management principles THE NEED
  5. 5. • MHM aspires to bring about notable changes in urban India by creating a pool of professionals of high quality that are dedicated to management of human habitat. • Utilizing the specialization of CEPT in habitat and built environment sector, the MHM program is built around interdisciplinary skills needed to educate and create professionals.
