Mobile operators in Denmark• Fierce competition between mobile operators – TDC, Telia, 3, Telenor• Four mobile networks in Denmark – High CAPEX and OPEX costs – Total cost of ownership must be reduced – Flat rate is poison -> value based pricing• Network sharing – Mobile operators become MVNO’s – Sharing of masts, RAN and CORE NW

Customer needs• The data explosion and LTE demands for increased capacity in the mobile backhaul leg – Upgrade from 100 Mbps to 1 Gbps on the backhaul – Difficult for microwave solutions• Operators need to bring down costs of operating their networks – Network sharing & MVNO model – Calls for a neutral player in this busines• Teracom is in a unique position to offload the operators and lower their TCO costs
