If cash? What is the actual immediate need? Needs Fund to whom? changes on every minutes? Flows from Relief to rehabilitation. Whether the fund will reach to the victim? Authentic Supplier and Cost of the items? Who will utilize the fund? Transportation cost of the material? Who would be accountable to utilize the fund? Distribution channel? Reporting and feedback? Reporting and feedback? Best option is to support in kinds which directly benefit the beneficiaries
