The Inventor
Dr. Chungpin Liao was born in 1959 at Taichung, Taiwan, R.O.C.
He received his B.S. degree in Nuclear Engineering from National
Tsing-Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1982; and M.S.
and Ph.D. degrees in Plasma Science and Fusion Technology from MIT
at Cambridge, MA, USA in 1989 and 1992, respectively.
After 4 years of research fellow at MIT, he returned to Taiwan in May 1995
to join ERSO (Electronic Research and Services Organization) of ITRI
(Industrial Technology Research Institute), and eventually left ITRI at the
end of July 2000 to become the founding CEO of ARBL (Advanced Research &
Business Laboratory), an adventure focused on the integration and innovation
of multi-disciplinary fields including nanotechnology, photonics, chemistry,
electromagnetism, electronics, medical science, and quantum computing.
Beginning September 2003, Dr. Liao also serves as Associate Professor of the
Graduate School of Electro-Optic and Material Science of the National
Formosa University (NFU), Taiwan. Now, while making himself, as a full professor,
busy with mandated research services from different fields, such as tinkering with
gravitational constant, tapping energy from plants, he is further devoting much of
his energy in materializing his cross-disciplinary ideas by inventing new
products and technologies, for example, low-level laser therapy, light capsule
medicine, asymmetric refraction in optics, wet-to-use chlorophyll organic cells,
Kirlian photography with 2D FFT, proton-rendered high-Q inductor in ICs, and
even psychokinetic coherent controls, etc.

Battery is one of the most commonly used portable power source today, but due to the
hazardous nature of the chemical compounds inside, it usually requires a proper
recycling process once its power is exhausted.
In less than 5 seconds (depending on the packaging) after the Chlorophyll organic cell is
wetted, it can light up 12 Red LED lamps for about one week according to the real test
result. Its performance is progressively improved as time goes on.
The Chlorophyll organic cell is a battery cell that can be bio discomposed, and by
moisturizing it with a tiny amount of water or solutions, the electro power can be
instantly generated. It can be reused for about 3 ~ 4 times.
