3. We want: 1. 2,600 schools with CC policy 2. All sector orgs to use CC 3. 50,000+ teachers making, adapting, sharing OERs.

6. Year one: 10 workshops Policy draft 2 CC schools

7. Year two: 20 workshops Policy, licensing resources 4 CC schools

8. Year three: 50 workshops Early policy toolkit Renewed efforts with govt. 50 CC schools

9. Year four: 90 workshops → Fifteen volunteers Toolkit expanded + video + implementation resources Begin cross-sector working group 100 CC schools

10. Year five: 110 workshops → Twenty-five volunteers Implementation toolkit OER resource sprints Committments from sector orgs 150 CC schools

11. Year six: 130 workshops → Thirty-five volunteers Sector orgs gradually takeover implementation; Pond OER commons grows sharply 300 CC schools

12. Years seven-ten: OER education built into teaching training, PD & all collaboration programmes An OER commons is self- sustaining OER is only practice for state funded OERs 500 → 2,600 CC schools

13. We need: → way more volunteers to have many thousands of conversations on CC. → bigger orgs to steal our projects → loud endorsement from sector orgs.
