1. It’s all about culture, behavior and personal experience.
2. Endorsement is not good enough – only engagement will move
things.
3. Experience it yourself, don’t “outsource it” or fake it. If you don’t
understand it, stay away until you do.
THREE TIPS FOR THE ROAD @chris_carlsson
1. “Micro engage”, use your knowledge and your network, praise people.
2. Be transparent and open about your work and learnings; work out
loud; start a Monday #wol.
3. Host an Open Strategy Session (Jam).
