Christian Carlsson presented on Grundfos' Global Working Culture initiative to drive business growth through open engagement internally and externally. The initiative aims to leverage opportunities, ideas, and collaboration using social business methods. Key elements include establishing a global community, developing community literacy and digital literacy, and increasing organizational social business maturity. Examples provided include using social media like blogs and Yammer to energize feedback loops and share work openly. The experience highlighted that culture and behavior change are important, and engagement is needed to move things forward. Tips included micro engagement, working transparently, and hosting open strategy sessions.

11. MY EXPERIENCE AND LEARNINGS @chris_carlsson
1. It’s all about culture, behavior and personal experience.
2. Endorsement is not good enough – only engagement will move
things.
3. Experience it yourself, don’t “outsource it” or fake it. If you don’t
understand it, stay away until you do.
12. THREE TIPS FOR THE ROAD @chris_carlsson
1. “Micro engage”, use your knowledge and your network, praise people.
2. Be transparent and open about your work and learnings; work out
loud; start a Monday #wol.
3. Host an Open Strategy Session (Jam).
