  5. 5. ABOUT CHANDRA Chandra Bronsted is a Registered Nurse with years of experience in employee and student training. She has taught the Nursing Assistant program within the Wisconsin Technical College system, Instructed Red Cross classes as both a volunteer and paid employee as well as having provided new and existing employee education (both required training and optional in-services) within several health care organizations in Wisconsin. Chandra also understands the challanges that senior communities face when attempting to arrange for the DHS 83 required trainings as she held the position of Clinical Administrator (Director of Nursing) for a WI senior community CBRF and RCAC for 5+ years and its nurse Clinical Coordinator for the year prior to the Clinical Administrator role. Chandra is on the Wisconsin Registry (CCDET) to instruct C.B.R.F. caregivers in the topics of Standard Precautions, First Aid and Choking (Red Cross CBRF training), and Medication Adminstration. After successful completion of the courses and exams, students are then eligible to be placed on the WI CBRF Registry for the course(s). Future plans are to include affordable online training offerings in topics which do not require state certification for caregivers allowing for individual personal and professional growth goals.
