5. 5.
In case you haven’t seen it, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs is a great movie!
In this story, the main character (Flint) creates a machine that makes food fall from the sky as rain. The people of the town use the machine until it will no longer works correctly. It begins making the food larger and larger and larger, until…… disaster!
We have all seen it rain. Think about this movie, what do you think would happen if the rain wouldn’t stop? What do you think would happen if the storm just kept getting worse?
5
7. 7. “Red sky at night, sailor’s delight. Red sky in morning, sailor’s warning”

Red sky at night, sailor’s delight. When we see a red sky at night, this means that the setting sun is sending its light through a huge group of dust particles. This usually means high pressure and stable air are coming in from the west. Basically good weather is coming.
Red sky in morning, sailor’s warning.A red sunrise reflects the dust particles of a system that has just passed from the west. This means that a storm system may be moving to the east. If the morning sky is a deep fiery red, it means there is a great deal of water in the atmosphere. So, rain is on its way.
Why would this saying be important to a sailor or fisherman?
7
