  • The electronic bulletin board is a solar powered public poster, which can be placed at various locations around the Disney theme park so the employees in training can immediately view any new data, meeting times, or if an emergency arises and certain trainees need to return to base. At times it may be to noisy to hear a mobile device go off; however, the visuals presented on the electronic bulletin board can catch anyone’s attention. OoVoo is a multi-person conferencing tool that can interact with up to 12 people at the same time. Therefore, when more than one individual needs to be addressed, the instructor can address multi-persons. Let’s Pocket is a tool to organize information and take notes easily. Let’s pocket provides a quick and easy way to jot down things of importance by jotting them down electronically (Blogger, 2013).
  • Public Poster is a solar powered, energy efficient electronic public bulletin board displaying uploaded information and images on an e-paper screen. Public Poster provides an interface for exchanging published information, which is transmitted wirelessly to Public Poster. Public Poster uses e-paper, which saves energy and reduces the consumption of paper and ink. The Internet or Bluetooth gadgets can dispatch images or video to Public Poster. Public Poster integrates itself into various environments. The benefits of Public Poster include: Identification of image size, which is done by a disappearing screen that automatically becomes semi-transparent electronic ink. Bluetooth device transfers posters, which can be done automatically by uploading or downloading the required image information. Posted image, such as charts, graphs, pictures of troubled areas, training messages, and creative illustrators. E-Paper, which protects the environment and reduces the depiction of paper and printing ink. Power source is a self-contained solar charging system Announcements and images delivered to the Bulletin Board can have set times for display.
  • Bulletin boards capture people’s attention, and are usually placed all around a college or university campus. Public Poster is technological device that can capture even more attention. The greatest technological advance in the Public Poster is information can be transmitted wirelessly to the poster and no wires or hookups are required. A simple cell phone can transmit to the Public Poster. When students are out in the field doing hands-on training and something important comes to mind, the facilitator can transmit directly to the poster without stepping out of his or her office. Public Poster is a cool electronic invention, which is simple to use, stylish, unique, and wireless. Every organization with a large amount of employees should possess this device.
  • OoVoo is used as an educational tool allowing students to work on complex projects outside the classroom, exchange ideas, and contact trainers who hold virtual office hours over OoVoo. OoVoo exceeds one’s expectations with high quality, affordable technology that helps trainees and students experience the joy of real-time conferencing. OoVoo cranks up one’s imagination for educational applications of this very smooth tool (McDermott, 2013).
  • OoVoo is a video and audio chat alternative to Skype, and is a great option for one-on-one chat conversations. OoVoo is compatible with Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X, and is similar to Apple’s Chat, and Skype. OoVoo provides real-time comments and warnings about performance and usage. If students do not have OoVoo, the trainer can have a free browser chat with them by sending an exclusive Web Video Call link through the students email, IM or through their favorite social networking. In a single click the student joins the instructor or trainer in a live online video chat on their browser, which will give you the freedom to talk to your students quickly without any downloads. Additionally, OoVoo offers the ability to video chat face-to-face anytime and anywhere. The instructor or trainer may have video chats one-to-one, or group chats with up to 12 students at once. OoVoo is a great resource for business purposes, and can be used for online contacting web conferencing, web presentations, online training, and remote support. OoVoo allows training programs within businesses to connect with students and other contacts, which reduces expense and time on travel (Entrepreneurial Tips, Online Marketing, 2011). What do you think? Is OoVoo for you?
  • Pocket is a note-taking tool rooted in simplicity and elegance. Pocket is an extremely powerful and flexible tool in a lightweight package, which possesses a lack of strict definition encouraging one to take notes in a way making sense to one. Notes are created by sending text messages to Pocket. One can log into Pocket and access notes from anywhere. One can view or restore his or her notes after they have been deleted. Notes can be rearranged in any order by dragging them around the screen and dropping them where ever one would like them. Photos, documents, and other files can be attached to one’s notes (Loren, 2011). For example, if the instructor wants a trainee to experience a certain area in Disneyland theme park, a picture of that area can be attached to the students note. This will enhance the visual learners learning process.
  • The Electronic Bulletin Board, OoVoo, and Pocket are at your fingertips to help enhance student learning. Each of these Web 2.0 tools will help with communication, collaboration, student performance, and help the instructor to meet his or her objectives successfully. Additionally, with the Electronic Bulletin Board, the guests can be more accommodated with visuals and times posted for their convenience of knowing when a certain event will be taking place.
