Don’t forget to supply the pizza, soda and coffee.<br /> Breakfast at the gate. Provide tacos, muffins, juice, milk, etc…to your residents as they are leaving for work.<br /> Everyday Holidays. Let your residents know that anyone that puts their name on the flyer and leases will receive a referral credit on their rent.<br />Google your work address. On the map you will be able to see all businesses in the area. Write down those addresses and send them marketing flyers. <br /> Visit local bars in the area and drop off personalized pens, koozies, lighters and postcards. You can get free postcards at vistaprint.com. <br /> At Sam’s you can purchase a box of plastic cutlery. Put your own personal labels on the plastic cutlery and deliver the box to a local restaurant that you know delivers food. <br /> If your community is near a school, call up the school and find out how you can post flyers on their campus. <br />
