Brad Case is an economist specializing in real estate investment. Brad has more than 25 years of experience researching various aspects of real estate markets including measurement of property values; investment return characteristics including volatility and correlations; portfolio allocation; inflation protection; effects of interest rates; and market reactions to dividend announcements. Dr. Case earned his BA at Williams College, his MPP at the University of California at Berkeley, and his PhD at Yale University where he worked with Robert Shiller and William Goetzmann. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Alternative Investment Analyst designations.
