Businesses look for this because they want good quality work that hasn’t been rushed. • They have shared responsibility so all the pressures not all on one person businesses look for this because if they’re sharing the responsibility equally then they have more chance of creating a better idea. • hey Bring new ideas together through discussing things. • Motivates people.
