About Why is it that we remember something from one business presentation but not another? As a cognitive scientist, I've spent the past decade researching what makes content memorable. And I have helped businesses apply science-based guidelines to influence their own audience's memory with precision. I work with clients in two ways: 1) Help them craft their messages/presentations using evidence-based guidelines and 2) Teach brain science workshops for creating memorable messages.
My biggest epiphany in my job has been that memory is mandatory to business success. You can't survive in business unless you have customers and you don't have customers unless you stay on their minds.
