COMPANY HISTORY
3LINKS Communications, Inc., was established in Virginia in 1998. We reorganized as
3LINKS TECHNOLOGIES, Inc., in 2006 and moved the corporate offices to Silver Spring,
Maryland. Associated Management Services, Inc., founded in the District of Columbia in 1984,
became an operating entity of 3LINKS, in 2007.

SECURE AND NON-SECURE VIDEO TELECONFERENCING SERVICES
3LINKS provides secure and non-secure video teleconferencing (VTC) and operational session
facilitation, to federal agencies and private sector organizations. Capabilities for both
environments generally include live-motion video, computer graphics, video tape, document
images, and data collaboration.
 Site Operations and Management
 For our secure videoconferencing (S-VTC) clients, we utilize commercial-off-the-shelf
(COTS) video equipment in conjunction with National Security Agency (NSA) -endorsed
KIV-7 communications security (COMSEC) cryptographic ignition key (CIK) material for
secure conferencing. All operating personnel placed on-site in a secure environment possess
appropriate clearances.
 Supporting our non-secure VTC customers, 3LINKS provides solutions featuring industry-
leading Polycom® and Tandberg® products — ensuring global interoperability and ease-of-use
— bringing state-of-the-art VTC technologies to the enterprise level.
 Design and Installation
 3LINKS’certified video conferencing engineers are prepared to design, project-manage,
