  7. 7. <ul><li>For starters… </li></ul><ul><li>Google + </li></ul><ul><li>Facebook / Skype </li></ul><ul><li>IOS 5 and deep twitter integration </li></ul><ul><li>We could go on for sometime…. </li></ul><ul><li>Do any of these tools really matter? </li></ul>Notes – Pretend you care about the technology…

  9. 9. The tools are actually pretty popular now and are everywhere. “ They are almost boring” Notes – Impress people with big numbers and stats…
  10. 10. It’s actually all about social behaviour and Expectations Notes – Act like this is a totally new concept
  11. 11. Solving similar problems
  12. 12. So why do we create barriers? Notes – Don’t mention “security” & “reputation” Individual Business Connecting with friends Connecting with colleagues Collaborating with friends Collaborating across people & businesses Organising friends Organising and arranging meetings Mobilising friends Mobilising colleagues
  13. 13. For some people, the technology does matter… Just ask Mark Zuckerberg, Eric Schmidt, Bill Gates… But my mum doesn’t really care, she wants to connect in the most convenient ways possible and sometimes that means “in person”. Notes – Don’t mention Mum is a Farmville addict
