  • Talk about news feed and why only 12-16% of your likes get seen – so when you logon in your newsfeed appears the latest posts by anyone that you are friends with on facebook and any pages that you have liked. So for me I’ve got 323 friends and I like 233 pages – and facebook works out who you comment and look at regularly and stop dropping off the posts of people and pages you are not interacting with. Should I have a Business facebook page? • Who is your target audience? -Depends on target audience, eg Are they using facebook, and if so how often are they on facebook? • What do you want to achieve from having a facebook page? -is it for new or existing clients?
