Highlight again contribution from host organisation REMEMBER TO FILL IN THE HOST ORGANISATION NAME ON THE SLIDE But these are only a few people. We need to raise awareness across the organisation to ensure that organisation is able to deliver host organisation objectives. What we need from the senior managers: We need their buy-in We need them to be champions within their organisations Help create a sense of ownership Take an active role in driving the importance and benefits of the projects Take opportunities to engage with the project and the benefits its brings Think about synergies and opportunities with other events, projects etc.
Phase II is not about building a website its about engagement /promoting joint working. LIFE funding bid by SEPA on behalf of the partnership;
Talk though the actions and explain that 95% of the costs are accounted by the red actions. May be too complicated – drop slide if you are running out of time.
This slide is available if you want to include it. Explains the link between LIFE and phase I
