Splash Into Happiness

 2. 2. This is a present to sprinkle in bath water. Here are the items you will use for this present:
3. 3. 1 cup of baking soda
1 cup of dried flower petals (Rose, Chrysanthemum, or Gardenia) No leaves.
1 plastic bag with zip seal
Pen, ruler, and stapler (optional)
4. 4. To dry the flower petals is easy. Use a wilted flower and pull the petals off.
5. 5. Separate these petals and lay them all down on one paper towel.
6. 6. Set another paper towel on top and fold it over once, then fold again, and staple or clothespin it shut.
7. 7. Set the folded towel near a sunny window for about 3 days. It will dry and become crisp.
8. 8. Check them; if one petal crumbles when you rub it with your fingers, it is ready. Measure one cup of baking soda and pour it into the plastic bag.
9. 9. Gently crumble the dried flowers in your hand and sprinkle them into the bag. Seal the bag tight.
10. 10. Now shake the bag to mix the soda and flowers together. Cut a piece of paper,
4" x 6".
11. 11. Fold it in half, and staple it over the seal of the plastic bag as a label.
Great for girls to give to girls as holiday gifts.
