Its domains are knowledge, information, indicators, methods, governance and tools. Before ENTI, the European Network of Territorial Intelligence, Catalyse method wanted to provide to local actors methods and tools to develop a global approach – multi-sectors and multidisciplinary – of territory, based on participation and development partnerships. About thirty Catalyse partnerships are the roots of ENTI.
4. 4. caENTI Action Coordination ENTI was supported from March 2006 to February 2009 by the 6th research program of the European Union, under the theme "Citizenship and governance in a knowledge society . caENTI reached its overall objective that was to integrate current research projects on tools of territorial intelligence to give them a European dimension. From Catalyse experiences it made a solid trunk and urged research and dissemination activities that ENTI will continue.
