  2. 2. New to our club?<br />First of all, our warm welcome to you!<br />Complete our membership application on http://byrnecreek.info/<br />See Jackie and Joe after the meeting for a brief orientation.<br />
  3. 3. Meeting Courtesies<br />PLEASE…<br />Keep the noise level down!<br />Direct all questions to any executive member after the presentation.<br />Use the tablecloths provided.<br />Tidy up after yourselves.<br />
  4. 4. Membership Expectations<br />Attend all events you sign up for.<br />Wear your Leo T-shirt, unless otherwise instructed.<br />Be on task and polite to the public at all times.<br />
  5. 5. Thank you!<br />Junior Leo Project – Tea for Seniors<br />Congratulations to IkjotBhogal and DaniSwannie for hosting a successful first event!<br />Japan T-Shirt Project<br />T-Shirts (all sizes) are still $10, with all proceeds to Japan Red Cross. While quantities last!<br />
  6. 6. Scrabble Night <br />This Friday, April 29th in Byrne Creek Atrium<br />Afterschool – 9:00pm (WEAR LEO TSHIRT)<br />As many LEOs as possible! (at least 10 more)<br />Students, staff, and the public invited!<br />FREE admission, Scrabble tournament fundraiser for Frontier College literacy projects. <br />Help setup/cleanup, referee, and support the event!<br />

  8. 8. Japan T-Shirt Project<br />Volunteer to sell T-Shirts for Japan earthquake relief at lunchhour. <br />Any day off the week!<br />Get supplies from B102 and set up immediately at the beginning of lunchhour for your shift.<br />
  9. 9. Woodworking Project<br />Ongoing project to complete “BYRNE CREEK SECONDARY SCHOOL” wooden bulldogs on fence outside our school.<br />Mr. Larsen is expecting volunteers this THURSDAY, April 28thafterschool in the Woodworking Shop. <br />Several Leos to sign up and help.<br />

Alice in Wonderland (VPA)<br />Wednesday to Saturday, May 4th – 7th<br />10 Volunteers needed each night for ushering/concession duties.<br />Members who sign up for multiple days will be preferred.<br />5-9pm, Meet at B102<br />White dress shirt and black pants/skirt.<br />Zackary in charge, VPA Manager<br />
  11. 11. Service Hours Submission<br />Service hours will be submitted to Mrs. O’Hare this Friday for Grade 12 students. <br />Hours will be updated to reflect member participation and made available for verification on ByrneCreek.info.<br />
  12. 12. Spring Outlook<br />Please continue to attend our meetings. The LEO year is not over, and we have plenty of new opportunities to look forward to!<br />Elementary School Carnivals and an Year-end PARTY for example!<br />
