  4. 4. Enter name, address, and military community affiliation. You must create a User ID and Password.

  6. 6. Registration is complete. Click “continue”. Please record youruser name and password. FRSAs/FRG Leaders do not haveaccess to user information and cannot retrieve it for volunteersfrom the Army One Source Site.

  9. 9. Ensure the active tab is “Volunteer Opportunities”You will select “Fort Drum” as the community. “FRG” from the Organization Groupand “FRG, 2 BCT 210” from the Organization drop down list. Click “search” and alist lower on the page will populate with positions that fit the criteria.

  17. 17. Select “Volunteer Activity Make sure the “Volunteer Activity” tab is active. Your positions should be displayed. Select “hours” for the position for which you wish to enter hours.
  18. 18. Enter hours for theday, open days(usually within thepast month) or atime period.In this case “add foropen dates” isselected.
  19. 19. It is then possible toenter hours for dateson which volunteersworked within the lastmonth. If hours forfurther back than onemonth must beentered, the “add forperiod” option mustbe selected.Don’t forget to SAVEyour entries!
