It can be as simple as leaving your car if you are only going a few blocks, use the stairs instead of an elevator, jog, cycle or skate. Join a gym or take part in an exercise program at your local community center; it’s a wonderful way to lose those extra pounds. Make sure you do this regularly and you will not even notice that you are already shedding pounds. </li></ul>
