So let’s see how the new compensation plan works. Xenca (PO Box 137, Fleetwood, Lancashire, FY7 9AN) is the promoter of this trading scheme in the United Kingdom. The goods and services sold under this scheme are health and wellness products, and related goods and services.   2. Slide 2: (three forms of income) Xenca gives you the opportunity to create three forms of income: 1. Retail profit 2. Cash back bonus 3. Business development bonus
  3. Slide 3: (where does the income come from?) For every product you recommend to a customer you earn an instant profit margin. In addition, by recommending others to the Xenca opportunity you will receive a bonus based on the volume of sales they achieve.
  4. Slide 4: Every product has a wholesale value and a retail value. The difference between the two creates the income.
  5. Slide 5: (customers) The whole purpose of Xenca, as a company, is to supply great products and for those products to be used to benefit the recipient. Therefore, the full focus of the Xenca opportunity is the customer.
  6. Slide 6: (stage 1) So now you know how you create income with Xenca, let’s look at the numbers.   The retail profit. Each product has a retail price 30% higher than the wholesale cost inclusive of VAT.  
  7. Slide 7: Every time you sell a product you make an instant 30% profit.
  8. Slide 8: (stage 2) The second form of income is Cashback bonus. This starts at 15% and is based on, what we will refer to as, ‘Qualifying Volume’.
  9. Slide 9: What is Qualifying Volume? When you have ordered £200 +VAT of wholesale priced products in a calendar month you become a Qualified Associate and you will receive a 15% cashback from Xenca.   This can be from a combination of customer orders, online and offline, and personal purchases.    
  10. Slide 10: Combine this with the 30% retail profit and that gives you a significant 45% profit on cost.  
  11. Slide 11: (stage 3) However, it does not stop there. As you develop your product knowledge and customer base, you will naturally increase your monthly volume. Therefore, Xenca gives you the opportunity to increase your cashback bonus to 20%.
  12. Slide 12: This higher cashback is paid on wholesale product orders of £300 +VAT and above in a calendar month.  
  13. Slide 13: That gives you a huge profit on cost of 50%.
  14. Slide 14: (recommending your friends) Recommendation – our lives revolve around this one word. What film we see, where we live, what builder we use and which restaurant we eat at. Personal recommendation is very important.   Every company you deal with will offer you something for ‘telling a friend’ or leaving a review.   At Xenca we offer you even greater rewards.
  15. Slide 15: Once you become a ‘Qualified Associate’ you become eligible to receive business development bonuses, based on the turnover of those you personally recommend to Xenca, should you choose to do so.
  16. Slide 16: There are 5 levels of Business development bonus.  
  17. Slide 17: (5%) Level 1 Become a Qualified Associate i.e. £200 + VAT in a month and you will receive 5% of the volume of all those you have personally introduced.
  18. Slide 18: This 5% is on top of your retail profit and cashback.
  19. Slide 19: (7%) Become a Qualified Associate, help 3 of those you personally introduced to do the same and you will receive 7%.  
  20. Slide 20: This is 7% of the volume of everyone you personally introduced.  
  21. Slide 21: (10%) As your confidence with Xenca products grows, so will your recommendations. Level 3 is where you help 5 of those you personally introduced to qualify whilst retaining qualification yourself. You will then receive 10%.  
  22. Slide 22: This is 10% of the volume of everyone you personally introduced – on top of your 45/50% retail profit and cashback.
  23. Slide 23: (12%) Level 4. You continue to qualify and help 10 others you introduced to do the same. Xenca will reward you with 12% bonus.  
  24. Slide 24: This is where you have 10 people qualifying at £200+VAT alongside the other people you have introduced who just want to be online customers and those who only want to make an extra £50 per month.  
  25. Slide 25: (15%) Level 5. You are a Qualified Associate and help 20 of those you personally introduced to do the same and you will receive 15%.  
  26. Slide 26: This is 15% of the total volume of all your personally introduced Associates.  
  27. Slide 27: So who will be your customers? Who will join you as an Associate?
  28. Slide 28: (anyone you know) Who do you already know? We all interact with people almost every day in many different ways. Who will you get to know tomorrow, or next month?

  32. Slide 32: As a guide, here is an example of your potential income. This is based on a combination of the three building blocks of the Xenca opportunity: A customer base Referring others to the Xenca opportunity Helping others to achieve
  33. Slide 33: You have 8 customers and you sell £500+VAT at wholesale of products. With your 30% retail profit and 20% cashback you will earn £250.
  34. Slide 34: You have 5 Qualified Associates who each achieve £200+VAT, a total of £1,000 +VAT You receive a level 3 bonus of 10% on £1,000 + £500 = £150.
  35. Slide 35: You have other personal Associates who turn over £500+VAT of purchases for which you also receive 10% bonus = £50.
  36. Slide 36: This would give you a total income for the month of £450. If you maintain this for 12 months, you would earn £5,400.
  37. Slide 37: It really is up to you. The more you put in the more you get out.
  38. Slide 38: Xenca presents you with all that you need: a range of great products and a customer-friendly website to promote them – all backed up by a training and support system.   All you need to do is experience the products, learn about them and then tell your friends and acquaintances.
