  2. 2. The strategies used to create this PowerPoint are basedupon Posner’s method of organizing using a “contentstructure” in which instruction is organized by skills orconcepts to be learned. You will find a list of skills, to betaught and learned, related to each of the Six Traits. I furtherused Smith & Ragan’s “events of instruction” to present eachTrait using an introduction, a body (variety of activities), aconclusion, and an assessment.
