What Is Creatine

 1. 1. WHAT IS CREATINE?

Creatine is naturally synthesized in the human body from amino acids primarily in the kidney and liver, and transported in the blood for use by muscles.(Argine, Glycine and Methionine.

 2. 2. HOW DOES CREATINE WORK?

. Creatine is an amino acid that is naturally produced by the body. Its purpose is to provide energy to the muscles. Taking creatine, either through drink or pill, will give the body, particularly the muscles, extra energy which will allow a person to work out longer without the muscles tiring as quickly.

 3. 3. WHY PEOPLE USE CREATINE?

.Creatine is natural substance found in human cells and in foods. creatine helps build muscle strength and performance which can mean the difference between winning and loosing.

 4. 4. CREATINE SHOULD BE ALLOWED

. Creeatine helps build muscle strength and performence, when ohletes have followed instructions no serious side effects have been reported. The risk are small and the rewarrds of winning are large enough to justify its use.

 5. 5. SIDE EFFECTS OF CREATINE.

. lots of people studied creatine already, they have never found long term side effects. no one has ever gotten side effects from creatine.

some side effects that arent negative are you retain water weight and get stronger faster time.

 6. 6. CREATINE SHOULD BE BANNED

. Like any natural substance creatine can be abused. creatine is know to cause water loss, putting athletes who use it at risk for dehydration. because creatine is considered a ditary supplement and not a drug, the food and drug administration has never determined its safety. untill a truly safe dose has been determined by carefulscientific studies, athletes should not be able to use creatine.
