History of Aggregation Twelve years ago the General Assembly deregulated electricity which benefited industry and large commercial users. Large Commercial Users have already saved One Billion Dollars! Now the General Assembly has amended the law to allow residential and small commercial customers to benefit also.

  14. 14. After negotiations are complete whathappens? A contract is drafted and IEA, as the aggregator recommends approval of the contract.
  15. 15. What do we do after the new supplieris in place? IEA will monitor the program on behalf of the village and report back to the village as necessary.
