  17. 17. YOUTH EMPOWERMENT As a social enterprise, it is our priority to create opportunities for urban youth. We are creating jobs for urban youth to help ease the effect of rural urban migration. They don’t need to have a university degree or experience in agriculture. They just need to be willing to learn. Through experiential learning, they learn everything about hydroponic farming. We’re leveling the playing field so that agriculture is accessible to both young men and women. We’ve hacked the valuechain, put it in a box (Container ) so that youth won’t fail in Agriculture
