  4. 4. Recruit Brunel Talent “As a graduate employer it is key for us to forge strong relationships with Placement and Careers departments – I work closely with a number of universities but have to say so far the service Brunel have provided has been outstanding. Getting access to students within specific departments has always been a struggle at other universities as I have had to build links with lecturers. However, the Placement and Careers Centre at Brunel provide a seamless service which is linked to the whole university making it easier for me, as a recruiter, to get in front of targeted students without going on a wild goose chase! This has benefits for us and more importantly the students. I really get the feeling that the team have a genuine passion for developing students and getting them ready for industry with the comprehensive services they provide. They are also always looking for new ways for an organisation to engage on campus.” Mohit Malik, Transport for London 4
