Assessment 4 – E-learning Project<br />Hi, I’m Bron<br />I’m a student in the second cluster of the Diploma of E-learning.<br />As some of you may know, for my E-learning Project I have chosen to set up a collaborative graduation site.<br />I have named this site d.e.s.i.g.n.s, which stands for:<br />Diploma of E-learning – Success, Inspiration, Graduation & Networking Site.<br />

  6. 6. The Results: Purpose of the Site<br />Some responses were: <br />To use as collaborative tool for everyone in the e-Learning diploma to participate. To reflect with individual/group achievements etc and of course graduation which is something I’m looking forward to.<br />To provide a venue for we Diploma of eLearning students to celebrate successful completion of our course, and congratulate each other re same. <br />a colourful site where we can come together (no geographical disadvantage) and celebrate our achievements. <br />To document and celebrate the achievements of the graduating students<br />A site that can be used for networking where we can keep in touch with the people who we have studied with over the past two years<br />To provide a convivial get-together and farewell as we go our separate ways.<br />TO RECAP ON KEY LEARNINGS<br />

  8. 8. The Results: Site Lifespan<br />Question:<br />Should the d.e.s.i.g.n.s wiki be defined around a limited lifespan (i.e. from now until after we graduate), or should it be kept going indefinitely?<br />Results:<br /><ul><li>50% - An undefined lifespan - from now until we don't use it anymore
  9. 9. 50% - A defined lifespan - from now until after graduation</li></ul>Decision:<br />Depending on how we use it, the designs site may be useful to continue as a communication tool past the life of the Diploma. <br />We will let it take on a life of its own and see where it goes!<br />
  10. 10. The Results: Induction & Support<br />Question:<br />What method would you prefer to learn how to use the d.e.s.i.g.n.s wiki?
