NEW ACTIONS TO HR FORMATION <ul><li>Promote/stimulate the HR formation since high school (technician courses) to under graduation courses in science (physics, chemistry, biology, computer science) and engineering and graduation; </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Increase in the number of students in science and engineering faculties (night courses, new formation units) </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>More support/stimulation to graduation courses (MS and PhD) in science </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Stimulation/incentives to creation of R&D centers in companies </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Reinforce public R&D Centers </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Reinforce/create private R&D Centers </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Promote the product design by companies (Brazilians and international) in Brazil (for market niches and/or local applications) </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Stimulate the interest of the students, since the beginning, to the science and technology areas; </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>Febrace </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>Regional Science Fairs </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>Mathematics, physics, chemistry, etc olympiads   </li></ul></ul></ul>
