  1. 1. Increasing your Facebook Numbers<br />Starting with your staff<br />
  2. 2. Is your staff involved? <br />Everyone on your staff should go your company's Facebook Fan page and “Like” the page. <br />
  3. 3. Does your staff have you listed as an employer?<br />All staff should have your location listed as an Employer at the top of their Facebook profile. This creates an active link to your Fan Page. <br />
  4. 4. How to add an employer<br />Click “Edit Info” on your personal Facebook profile<br />Click “Education and Work” <br />
  5. 5. How to add an employer?<br />Start typing the name of the Facebook Fan page for your location. A list of names should come up. Click on your page name. <br />
  6. 6. Don’t Forget: Check the Link<br />Sometimes, the page with create a new “Community Page.” So always click on the Link, back on your personal profile, to make sure that it redirects to the company fan page.<br />A Community Page could make customers confused when trying to find your page. <br />
  7. 7. Does your staff “Like” your Facebook posts?<br />Your employees should be visiting your Facebook page regularly. Have them “Like” and comment on posts and pictures. This helps your posts move up in your Fans Newsfeed. <br />

Tips for Employee Posts<br />Post a customer of the week<br />Post comments about what is going on in your spa today. <br />Skin care or health tips from employees<br />Photos of employees on anniversary dates<br />Local comments about news or holidays “Planet Beach Corporate Blvd. wishes you a safe July 4th with your family!”<br />
  9. 9. For Facebook Page Admins<br />Make sure you Invite Your Friends to Like your page. <br />
  10. 10. Invite your Friends<br />Click the box at the top to see a drop down menu of friends by Recent Interactions, All Friends or Friends located in different areas or by networks. <br />
  11. 11. Invite your friends<br />Click on the friends you want to invite. Your friends that are already fans of the page will be faded. Then click Submit at the bottom. <br />Already Fans<br />
  12. 12. Have your employees share your page. <br />Once your employees have “Liked” your page. Have them share it with their friends. <br />
  13. 13. Use existing mailing lists<br />Did you know that you can import your existing contacts into Facebook? <br /><ul><li>Outlook, Constant Contact or any other CSV file

  16. 16. Use existing media lists<br />Choose your File <br />Click Upload<br />
  17. 17. OR….<br />Put your Email and Password into Facebook. <br />Facebook will then use your existing email contacts to send invites to “Like” your page. <br />
