Knowledge  Style   Energy   Thrive  Nose  Dive  Survive   Personal  Workshop:  To  help  you  thrive...   The  secret  in  becoming  a  Thriving  Leader  is  to  focus  on  what  it  means  to  Thrive.    If   you  went  and  asked  others  what  traits  they  saw  in  you,  have  a  look  at  your  thrive   sec7ons.    No7ce  two  things:     1.  Where  they  have  highlighted  in  the  thrive  sec7on  –  great  work…  keep  doing   more  of  that!     2.  Where  there  are  traits  that  have  NOT  been  highlighted  –  whoops!    These  are   the  things  you  aren’t  doing.    Rather  than  trying  to  manage  your  weaknesses  in   the  survive  and  nose  dive  sec7on…  start  doing  those  other  thriving  ac7vi7es.     And  preQy  soon,  the  nose  dive  and  survive  traits  will  disappear  through   neglect!
