  2. 2. REVIEWS This is an excellent book as well as program. I have recently switched from fish oils to the Peskin protocol and I have lost my hunger pangs. I have dropped my belly fat (went from a size 42 to size 36) and feel very good. Another benefit I noticed with the Peskin diet and taking the recommended supplements, is that my muscles feel a lot better when I exercise. I do not get the "muscle burning" I used to get, and my endurance has definitely increased.

Like Mr. Peskin states it is "real life results" that have convinced me that this program is beneficial and physiologically sound. You don't have to be overweight or on a diet; it's an essential book for all those interested in the harm we could potentially be doing to ourselves. Brian Peskin's book is easy to read and I personally enjoyed every page. Brilliant! Brenda
  6. 6. REVIEWS In this book, Dr. Peskin has exposed all the BS that the nutritionists and so called health food gurus have been telling us for the last 50 years! His findings and recommendations for optimal nutrition and a lean and healthy lifestyle may be shocking to most people but he backs up his statements with scientific proof. This book will change your life and should be required reading in every high school in the country. Sparky
