The primary objective is to provide training, tools, hardware, and software on open source subjects areas such as programming skills, operating systems, network management, database management and applications. The primary objective is build inner city communities of open source development resources that can be use as a pool to create and promote open source projects, startups, and large software companies. </li></ul>
