Special Award • A committed contributor to the EU Senior Advisory Board in 2009 and 2010 • A speaker last year at the HBA conference and again this year • Instrumental in working on the 2011 November Conference Concept • Generously provides her insights and research to assist the HBA • A friend, partner and generous contributor well beyond her commitment and should be recognized for her efforts

Contributing to the growth and success of the European chapter • Developed a robust 2010 monthly event schedule with 9 events in Basel • Attracted a vast audience in Basel creating excellent networking opportunities with engaging topics, such as “work-life balance, leading and motivating cross cultural groups, maximizing one’s time, finding one’s passion” • Organised events with an average attendance of 30 very satisfied participants • On average 4-5 new members/ and or volunteers were recruited at each event • Consistently developed and published event reports in the EuroVoice

Spreading the HBA values and messages in Europe • She has used her expertise & professionalism while working the Chapter & Board of Directors • She generously shared her experience with HBA in US and provided the board with constructive feedback to enhance and leverage working relationships and overcome cultural diversity • Proactively looked for opportunities to grow the visibility of HBA in Europe taking risks, building relationships professionally and personally • Achieved fantastic PR results for HBA Europe, starting from establishing a fabulous PR plan • A fun person to work with, energetic and enthusiastic about spreading the HBA’s values to new members, with a distinctive positive attitude encouraging members to get more involved in HBA activities…and in recruiting new members
