RWDI was retained to provide microclimate consulting services related to snow drifting and also the availability of daylight at the building facades. This report focusses solely on the results of the daylight availability analysis. The site is directly exposed to the Baltic Sea to the west and south. A harbour is located to the north of the development, and low- and mid-rise residential buildings prevail to the east.
